You agree to pay via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Cash for local transportation services and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Payment will be charged at the time of service unless the customer chooses to pay in advance or the reservation is for a special event.

A late night charge of $50 for the driver will be added to reservation for airport transportation services that go beyond 12:00 Midnight to 3:00am. There is a 1.5 hour grace period for wait time after plane arrives to the airport. A charge of $25 is applied after 1.5 hours and another $25 each hour thereafter for additional wait time. If your flight arrives more than 2 hours later than scheduled, we can dispatch to a partner company (customer must pay any difference in cost) or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. We understand there are airport delays such as going through customs, but these delays impact the quality of life of drivers and reduce their income (miss other scheduled jobs).
