Terms of Service Explained
PAYMENTS
You agree to pay via Credit/Debit Card or Cash for local transportation services and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Payment will be charged 24 hours prior to the date of service unless the customer chooses to pay in advance. Reservations for special events and conferences require a 50% deposit on the day of booking.
AIRPORTS & WAIT TIME
A late night charge of $50 for the driver will be added to reservation for airport transportation services that go beyond 12:00 Midnight until 4:00am. There is a 1.5 hour grace period for wait time after plane arrives to the airport. A charge of $25 is applied after 1.5 hours. If your flight arrives more than 2 hours later than scheduled, we can dispatch to a partner company (customer must pay any difference in cost) or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. We understand there are flight delays that are out of your control. However, prolonged flight delays affect other scheduled rides and impacts the quality of life of our professional drivers.
CHILD TRANSPORTATION
All parents/legal guardians of children (8 years+) are required to register and sign the permission to transport form prior to service.
Deposits & trip Cancellations
Sometimes, a deposit is required to hold a reservation. You must cancel within 48 hours of scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation charge of 1/2 of the full cost of the reservation. Trips with cancellations less than 24 hours will incur 100% cost of the reservation.
